• IS IN-STORE PICKUP AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?

    In-store pickup is available at select labs for clients purchasing online. Participating locations will feature an in-store pickup icon () on our store locator.
  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR IN-STORE PICKUP?

    Add your chosen creations to your cart and proceed with checkout. Enter your shipping details for us to determine the lab nearest you. Under Shipment Method Carriers, select your preferred pick-up location.

    Note: Pick-up locations may not appear if a creation is not available in labs, or service is unavailable for your area.
  • HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP?

    Shortly after placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email that details your creations, pickup information, and payment methods. However, this does not mean your order is ready to be picked up.

    You'll receive a separate pickup notification email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before heading to the lab to ensure your creations are ready to be picked up.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME WHEN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

    Please bring your pickup notification email (print out or show on your mobile device).

    If someone else is picking up your order, they will need a copy of your order confirmation email.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CREATIONS I HAVE SELECTED ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE LAB?

    We try to reduce such scenarios, but sometimes creations are sold out quickly! If we can't fulfill your order, you will receive an email notification informing you of the change to your order.
