We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you decide you no longer want to receive or keep your order, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the below conditions. Your rights under this Returns & Exchanges Policy are in addition to any rights or remedies you have under law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
YOUR RIGHT TO RETURNWhere our creations are made-to-order and personalised, products such as perfumes or candles are not eligible for returns. The right to return will also not apply to any product that has been opened or shows any signs of use, or sealed goods – due to health protection or hygiene reasons (unless it is non-conformity or the item is defective). You may, however, return your unused and non-personalised product(s) in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, products which by reason of their nature are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly will be subject to review.
If you purchased your creation through a partnered retailer or location (e.g. Mecca, Airport locations or internationally), then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and cannot be returned directly to Le Labo.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONSTo return your order, contact us via email at melbourneestore@lelabofragrances.com to register your return. Once you have received return instructions, please re-package your items safely and obtain proof of postage.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed. The refund can only be processed to the original payment method.
Online orders cannot be returned in-store or exchanged for an alternative item.

DAMAGED / FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMSYou will be entitled (at your election) to a full refund or replacement of the same type of product (if reasonably available) or compensation for the drop in value of the item, if the item:
- (a) is or becomes faulty through no fault of the customer;
(b) is not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose the customer made known to us;
(c) does not match our description or sample; or
(d) has defects that were not obvious, or we did not bring to the customer's attention.
In the case of any other issue with a product, we can choose at our discretion to provide a refund, repair the product or give you a replacement product.
